I would like to thank you and (Brewer Caldwell Property Management) for performing outstanding as my property management company for the past 4 plus years.

It is with regret that I must sell my investment property and leave (Brewer Caldwell Property Management). If I return to property investment in the future I will definitely use BCPM as my management company.

I have used the same realtor for many years and when I made the decision to sell the property I automatically used the same one. I was thinking of (Brewer Caldwell Property Management) as only a property manager and not a broker.
