Owning my rental property in El Mirage has been somewhat of a stress endeavor, especially with the last tenant I had. However, I want to thank you for the quick follow-up on all my questions, and finding a tenant as quickly as you did. It`s great to have a property manager at Brewer Caldwell Property Management that I can depend on to be there for me.

In addition to managing income and expense related activity, Brewer Caldwell property managers also manage repair and maintenance on a property. Therefore, it is a necessity that a property manager be current with new laws and practices in their given localities, cities and states. All property managers and Brewer Caldwell are current and well informed in ever law.
