Thanks to you and Brewer Caldwell Property Management for renting these out so quickly and thanks for replying to everything so quickly and just making this whole process so simple. You should know, when we were looking for a property manager in the area, we contacted around 10 companies total, out of the 10, you were the only one to take any action and return our calls and follow through with everything in a timely manor. All of the other companies either never got back to us or returned the calls several days later and many simply did not seem interested in going out of their way to do anything, except for Brewer Caldwell Property Mangement.
