To everyone at Brewer Caldwell Property Management.

[I] Just wanted to let you know that we stopped by our property last Saturday and spoke with both Marla and her daughter for just a bit. We just looked at the bottom floor (living room and kitchen) and saw that it was all being kept up pretty well. I have heard so many horror stories with landlords and tenants. My wife and I were both impressed with the condition that the townhome was in and are very comfortable with having them as tenants.

I also want to thank you for taking care of them - Marla told me that they were very happy with you and that when something needed repairing you were right on it. I appreciate that very much.
