Brewer Caldwell just recently updated their website to provide an easier and faster way for future tenants to look at properties.  I have navigated through it myself and found joy in searching all over the valley.  It was user friendly and I didn’t even have to ask for assistance from my teenagers.  Recently, my 70 year old mother, was looking for a rental home through Brewer Caldwell and she commented on how nice it looked and how she was able to find exactly what she wanted.  As a Property Manager, the websites that we provide are essential to keeping up with the latest technology for our tenants and our owners.  It acts as a search for new properties and also provides our current tenants and owners the ability to login 24-hours a day to view their statements and even pay online.  In the world we live in, any extra support in making our lives easier is what we are all looking for.  I appreciate the extensive work that our great IT Department has done to create an easy and user friendly website!           Kaye Lynn
